The founder and responsible person for
"Foto Amigos Teneriffa" is Lothar Nemitz, a German, who has lived here for 16
years as a resident in Costa del Silencio and found his second home.
He is prepared according to his
experience, knowlege and efficiency to promote that the empty apartments of the
plant "Parque Don José" fall into the "right hands".
The apartments offer the ideal conditions
for a "second home" to enjoy over the winters months the healthy climate.
Two activities are important:

visit to the complex

Organization and advice for newcomer
to create a program for leisure
activities, due to the desires
of the participants.
The following principles are to be
considered:
Leading principle is: individual
activity and relaxation on a voluntary
basis. Examples are: short walks and
tracking, conversations with the
locals, informal conversations over
interesting topics (health,
photography, computer, internet and
relaxation as the mood fits).
The participation is free. The
organization of the activities should
be planed by the the groups.
Important for a positive success of
this program is the active
participation.
